Ekiti State, Nigeria Project 2023

Last year we did a project in Ekiti State in #Nigeria in collaboration with The END Fund. During this project, we screened urine and stool samples among 7,760 school-age children for schistosomiasis and soil-transmitted helminthiasis.
In this project, 715 locals were trained in various positions.
The Executive Secretary of the State Primary Health Care Development Agency Dr. Ayodele Seluwa and the director of community and family health Akintunde Ogunsakin were personally present to kick off the training program.
The successful implementation of this project carried out to all our standards, would not have been possible without the help and support of all our partners and local personnel. We want to therefore thank all the locals and parties involved in this project because, through their outstanding work, we are one step closer to achieving the #SDG target 3.3!
